The Department Of National Defense Bids and Awards Committee has released new .pdf format SUPPLEMENTAL/BID BULLETIN FOR JACINTO CLASS PATROL VESSEL PHASE 2 Marine Engineering Upgrade for Philippine Navy to notify the bidders about the modifications and amendments that shall form part of the bidding documents for the said project. The Bulletin can be downloaded from the DND website.
