JAPAN SEES XI'S FIRST MILITARY PARADE AS A STUNT TO SHOW OFF WEAPONS

According to a report published on Want China Times, Chinese leader Xi Jinping's first military parade are set and already underway in Beijing.

The report also said that PLA's Beijing Military Region and Armed Police have been gathering across various suburbs in the capital for the preparation of training for the said event.

Based on the tradition history, no heads of other countries were invited for a military parade held by Beijing in the past but this time, Xi was inviting foreign leaders of state to witness the military parade.

According to Japan's Sankei Shimbun, the parade will be used by China to show off its military weapons and might but military expert Yin Zhuo has refuted the idea saying that it is a usual practice to only display weapons already in service.
